Terms of service

NovaSanctum is a digital-products platform (ebooks, courses and files) operated by WiseSignal. WiseSignal, trading as NovaSanctum, is the seller and merchant of record for every purchase on this site: it sells to you in its own name and for its own account, is the party to your sales contract, and determines final consumer prices, discounts, refunds, taxes, customer support and the countries in which products are offered. Creators whose names appear on product pages are not the direct sellers. Each purchase grants you a license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use; you may not redistribute, resell, or share it with others.

Creators retain copyright in their work and grant WiseSignal (NovaSanctum) a non-exclusive license to sell and distribute it on this platform. Amounts paid to creators are not a pass-through of customer payments but contractual revenue-share (royalties) for that license. Creator payouts may be subject to a holdback period and a rolling reserve to cover refunds and chargebacks, and — where required — withholding taxes.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You must be 18 or older to purchase items from the Adult category. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Ebooks are delivered by email and made available in My orders. Download links may expire and have a maximum number of uses for security reasons. Files are personalized with a watermark identifying the buyer.

We accept card payments (processed by Stripe) and cryptocurrency. Items in the Adult category can only be purchased with cryptocurrency. Your card statement shows NovaSanctum as the merchant. Where required, sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your country of residence, which you must state accurately. See our refund policy for details on refunds.

Do not attempt to bypass DRM or watermarks, scrape the catalog, distribute purchased files, or abuse the referral program. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of pending rewards.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app banner before they take effect.
